What do I do if I think I have a faulty M-Audio product?
Procedures and pricing for goods in need of repair/replacement vary depending on what the product in question is, how old it is and the nature of the problem with the product.
In all cases, if you think you have a faulty M Audio product you should immediately contact your local Technical Support Representative(s) to request details of how to proceed and to obtain a Returns Authorisation (RA) number, if it is deemed necessary.

Tech Support will raise the RA if required.
The following information will always be requested in full before any RA can be raised:
1. the SERIAL NUMBER of the faulty product.
2. a DETAILED FAULT DESCRIPTION and what you’ve done to try to fix the problem – it’s not always the case that the product needs returning to us; sometimes a firmware or driver update may fix the problem.
